Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Govinos. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused Govino products in their original, resaleable packaging.

How to start a return
Email sales@govino.co.za with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Govinos are built to last, but if anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different product, subject to availability, within the 30-day window.

Custom and branded orders
Personalised or custom-branded bulk orders are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
