We do our best to describe and price our products accurately. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in a price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders
Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud, and to refund you in full in such cases.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Govino name and logo are trademarks used by Govino SA with permission. All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Govino SA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Govino SA will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
