Where we ship
We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times and costs
We deliver through The Courier Guy. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days depending on your location, and is typically quick. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and delivery is free on all orders over R1200.

Tracking and delays
Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking link provided. We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, but we cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control. If anything goes wrong, we will always help you follow up.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
